 Must be customer focused.  Organizational skills and communication skills are a important.  The job includes using Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.  Job tasks include data entry, taking customer orders and expediting emergency orders for customers.  Most of the communication with customers is done via email.  Data entry speed and accuracy is absolutely critical.  Hours are somewhat flexible, but typical hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Organizational skills and communication skills are a must.  Experience in accounting would be helpful.  Data entry speed and accuracy is important.  The job includes tasks such as managing payables/receivables, issuing bills to customers, providing advance ship notices to customers, paying bills, resolving billing issues, following up on past due invoices, payroll processing,  OSHA record keeping, ordering office supplies, filing and other miscellaneous office tasks.  Hours are somewhat flexible, but typical hours are 8:00AM - 4:30 PM.
